Elizabeth, founder of Inner West Fitness, is passionate about sharing her love for exercise and sharing the mind and body benefits with others. Psychologically exercise has many benefits and it can be very social. It can assist with stress levels, reduce tension, assist with mood regulation and improves a person’s sleep. Elizabeth wants to teach her clients on to make healthy diet choices, how to incorporate more incidental exercise to their life and how to add social physical activities to their life. She loves to challenge her clients achieve what they think is unachievable. Elizabeth wants her personal training sessions to be more than just an exercise session, but also about improving the general well being of a person and their lifestyle.
